4) Different stem diameter: 1-24mm;

5) Engine Valve specifiion: Hd(12-90mm), Sd(3.0-18mm), Ol(40-350mm);

ABOUT THE VALVE:

We select high quality special valve bar material, such as:

4Cr9Si2, 4Cr10Si2Mo, 21-4N, X60, 21-4NWNb Etc. The production use connection processing line, heat treatment with network continuous furnace, welding of double metals, valve seat welding (STELI), U quenching for valve rod slot, chrome plating and soft nitriding on surface, all of these can ensure the excellent quality and reliability of our products.

Standard export hard cartons to assure the safety during the transformation.

Put foam bag inside to protect the products.

We can offer neutral clean box, original box or customer's special brand box.

Custom-made boxes are only avaliable for big order with large quantity.

OUR SHIPPING:

Ship by air or express for the products with small volumn or little amount. Ship by vessel for large volumn products.

Please inform your shipping methods when place an order, or we can choose the cheapest method for you from our own forwarders.

For our stock products, we can ship to you within 3 days, for the products out of stock, we will inform you advance.

Please note that the shipping charge for brand products would be much expensive than neutral products.

Sorry we don't provide samples. Our minimum amount is ONE piece.

7.If out of stock, how much time do you need to transfer from factory?
Piston ring is made in Japan need 5-6 month to transfer from Japan if out of stock.
